Why Should I take class at The Connecticut Professional Business School?

Is now a good time to start class?

The Real Estate market has slowed in the past 6 mos from incredible highs reached over the past 2-3 years in Connecticut. But as we all know it will come back again and it is so important to be trained and ready when it does. The people who get good training and experience now will be poised and ready to take FULL advantage of all the benefits of the slower time,such as much less qualified competition, a strong buyers market and the ability to learn while minimizing the loss of potential business. If you are a serious person looking to make a serious move the time has rarely been better.

How much does the class cost?

|
Our current cost for the class ranges for $329 for 30 hours to $399 dollars for the 60 hour class depending on the location ,which does include books.

When is the class given?
|
|
|
The Real Estate class runs continually so you may join any time, and is scheduled Tuesday and Thursday in Waterbury and Monday and Wednesday in Litchfield asnd Wed and Saturday mornings in Southington.
no minimum attendace per week is required. A new session begin every 8 Weeks. Please call our office to find out what days fit you best.

How long is the class?
|
|

The current Real Estate class is 60 hours and will take roughly 8 weeks to complete. The Appraisal and Finance classes are 30 hours each and are held once a week and will also take roughly 8 weeks.

Is the class very difficult?
|
|
|
No, if you attend regularly, keep up with your reading and speak up if you have a problem, you should be able to complete the required work.

How do I register?
|
|
|
Simply fill in the information on the "JOIN A CLASS" and submit it. We will recieve your registration immedietly. Then in order to complete your registration return to the home page and and use the payment key on the left to make your payment.

When I am done with the class and pass the test what do I do then?
|
|
|
Then you will arrange with the state to sit for the state test which is given by PSI at two different locations and scheduled often.
