Principles and Practices Course
This  60 hour class will prepare you to take the State of Connecticut Licensing Exam and go on to work in a real estate office.

The 30 Hour Real Estate Class is designed for Broker License Candidates or to finish the 60 hour requirement for future salespeople.

30 hours of Real Estate Finance is a step in aquiring your Brokers license or a provisional Appraisers license.

Continuing education classes also available
